great access to parks and dining options for city explorers

During my stay, I loved how close I was to Westgreen Park, just 4 km away for lovely strolls, and various dining options like Saltgrass Steak House, less than a 10-minute walk, made meals super convenient and enjoyable.

Not the best stay

We stayed here for 5 nights and honestly, it was pretty disappointing. The jacuzzi is outside and in bad shape. totally not what we expected. Plus, the internet was spotty, and the phone didn't work, so we had to use our cell for everything. The snack bar was okay, though.

The golf lessons nearby were fantastic, and we all enjoyed hanging by the pool. The room was cozy with great TVs for our nightly movie marathons. The staff was friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun group getaway.

The only downside was a bit of noise from other guests in the hallway at night, which made it hard to sleep sometimes.

It was just a good match for a day tour in Katy with exceptional value. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in easy.

I had a very nice suite with a comfortable bed and clean living area. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety each day. The pool, while a bit dirty, was still enjoyable.

The hot tub was nice, and the room was spacious and clean. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the variety at breakfast was solid.

Sunkissed mornings with homemade cakes at the nearby Kolache Factory made my trip a sweet treat! The spacious Queen Room with comfy bedding had me snoozin' like a baby.

But, yikes! The cold showers were a real buzzkill. I encountered dirty towels that could’ve used a good wash, making it an awkward experience. Still, I kept my spirits high and rolled with the punches!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the indoor pool and the relaxing jacuzzi during our stay. The kids loved the sun loungers by the pool, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The only downside was that the parking lot was a bit cramped, but it didn't really get in the way of our fun! 😊

We spent quality time at the pool, which was a nice experience for my young child. The room was spacious and had plenty of space for our family. We also appreciated the close proximity to enjoyable local activities.

For dads, it would be great if the jacuzzi were well maintained. My kids wished the internet connection was more reliable during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Houston West-Katy. The Queen Room I booked was spacious and beautifully furnished, with premium bedding that made for a restful night's sleep. The free WiFi was fast, and I loved having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The location was convenient for exploring Katy and nearby attractions.

Breakfast could use improvement.

Hot coffee and a selection of traditional bread provided a nice start to the day. The housekeeping staff showed great attention to detail, keeping the room in good condition. However, the bathroom in my room had noticeable rust and dirt, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, often dropping out. The outdated jacuzzi area felt neglected and was not well-maintained, making for a less enjoyable experience overall.
